Hi! I just recently signed up and just completed my first exercise using the plan that it set up for me. But I'm a little confused on how to go about using the chart. I chose the tone/weight loss regiment and doing it at home. So most of the exercises are things like push-ups, squats, dips behind back (ouch!), etc. My question is, what do I put in for the weight used field in the chart. My own body weight? Or is it asking for additional weight I use such as cans for the side laterals and can curls?

you put in the amout of weight used in your routine. for example if you are doing squats, you put in the amount of weight put on the bar. if u are using cans, figure out the weight of the can and use that as the weight. hope that helps

That's right..

don't use your bodyweight because the charts measure progress in terms of using the weight used and the amount of repetitions to plot the graphs. Ase wake mentioned.. record the can.. perhaps use heavier items to see progress if you feel you are getting stronger.
