I love them, they burn like crazy and you can't cheat on them.

I haven't done or seen those done in so long I'd forgotten about 'em. Thanks for the reminder. My forearms could use the extra work. They look wimpy compared to my upper arm and I've been trying to beef 'em up a bit.

Yeah sunny jack but let's not forget those abs and tricep extinsions either. Chris must be a real workout guru!!!
