Forearm pain when curling

Hey could anyone plz give me a hand, im not that new to working out, bout 6 months, however for like 2 wheneva i try to curl more than 30 kg i get really bad pain in my forearms anyone know how to help this stop, or improve this :dumbbell:

You'll find several folks here that have the same problem, (http://www.freetrainers.com/FT/jsp/pro/Message.jsp?f_ix=6&t_ix=341) for example). Just make sure to warm up for a while. Its the only way I can do curls now, and I still can not with a bar, only dumbells.

I do find it easyer when ive warmed up, but if i try to increase the weight it seems to fuck me up really bad, and its doing my head in, any other suggestion plz, thnks big-e btw:dumbbell::)
