Hey, just wondering what were very good exercises for the forarms(considering mine are smaller than i would like) and how many times a week i should work them...no sausage jokes thanks all !! :big_smile:

1 time a week is fine, as other exercises incorporate them as a compound exercise. Standing barbell wrist curls behind the back

seated db wrist curls, barbel reverse curls, cable reverse curls, Hammer curls,
