i am 16 yrs old and need to get into prime shape for the football season for high school i've been on vacation for the whole summer and i am well lets say i let my self go i want to keep a steady weight of 170 but have most of it muscle so anyone who can help pleeze reply :surprised:
If you want to be in prime shape by football season, you should have started sooner. Good news though... you can still get in better shape. Check your diet and if needed, clean it up.
