Hey i have a question i wanted to know if 2 tuna fish sandwhiches on toast and pea soup is a good dinner...im curious if that is a good meal before a workout...then creatine after my workout....if anyone has any ideas on what they eay or take before a workout...tell me i would love to know....

If your looking for mass I am sure it will do, depend do you have any thing else on your sandwhich's, and do you use whole wheat bread. Pea soup has a lot of sodium in it. There are a lot of better choises eat the tuna leave the bread, make your soups dont by the canned stuff.
