Hello again. I have been working out for about a month and a week. I work out everything legs arms back abs etc. I want to have a decent body all around but i think most importantly i want good hot abs. I know abs is basically all about your diet. I have been eating good and healthy for about a month now, and my stomach looks the same to me. Im wondering if i should change my diet. Sometimes i cheat and have a coffee, is that gonna break me or is that bad? Almost always i drink water like a ton of water (i go to the bathroom every 1/2 hr. Here is what i eat

7:00 eggbeaters and bagel w/ penut butter
9:00 Chicken breast & shreaded wheat
12:00 Turkey burger yogurt
2:00 chicken breast & shreaded wheat
4:00 Dinner like porkchops (lean) and sweet potato & brocalli
8:00 Jello snacks.

Also is there anything other than chicken i can eat, im getting to the point where i am gagging to eat the chicken.

Thanks for any help.

ARE YOU KIDDING ME , you're worried about hurting yourself from having a cup of coffee, you eat extremely healthy and recommened diet if you really want to get cut. It just takes time to develop muscular definition, especially your stomach, dont worry about having a cup of coffee or a sweet, your diet seems superb.

Your diet looks alright. It could be your workout routine. Abs are one of the hardest parts to define, so don't lose hope. You can eat turkey, tuna or even lean cuts of red meat. When I was on my diet, I ate steak once a week, turkey breast once-twice a week, fish once a week and chicken about 4 days a week. There is a lot of different things you can come up with. Just look for recipes.
