Hey,
I am trying to get more flexible, especially in my legs. I do kickboxing but it’s very frustrating not being able to high kick haha.
I stretch pretty much daily but sometimes my groin area starts to hurt so I take some days off. I am especially stiff in this area.
I am wondering how often I should do my stretching routine to be the most effective.
Any other tips would be great too.
Thanks

So I should just do more?
Is it possible to over do it like with your muscles, or can I just stretch as much as possible?
Thanks for your help.

You can never stretch too much but you can over stretch a muscle by forcing it to go beyond it's limits!

Thanks..I will just stretch more often.
What do you think about my groin getting sore? Should I just work through this?
Also, when I neel down my knees pop. Is this bad, and how do I get this to stop happening?

In the evening, while your reading, watching tv, etc... sit with your legs spread open just far enough to feel a light pull. Put a piece of tape on the floor next to each foot to mark where you were for the day. Do this every evening and you will VERY soon notice a huge difference. One day you will sit there and your legs will go farther and farther apart...then just adjust the piece of tape on the floor.
