Hey all! I'm trying to get a flat stomache this summer do yall have any tips or workouts i could use? I know sit-ups and crunshes are muscle building, what about fat reducing??:dumbbell:
Tim is correct. Though, working the stomach muscles is always a good thing, diet is key. There are few born with the gift of a flat stomach, but the rest of us have to work (Hard!) for it.
