I am 185 LBS and 5' 11'' in height. I am trying to loose 10 to 15 lbs. I do the treadmill 3-4 times a week but I refrain from doing any weights right now. I need to do some exercise to braoden my shoulders. Is it fine to combine the treadmill and some weights excercise. I dont intend to get bulky muscles. I want to become slim but tighter and broad.PLease help..Thanks
