Hello!
Well I'm new here so just to tell you a little about myself, I'm 16 years old and I'm looking to tone up my body. I'm pretty happy with the way I am, but for right now I'd like to work on my arms. My triceps are really flabby, and I'd like to tighten up the muscles. However, I don't have an barbells or dumbells or anything like that, so are there any exercises (other than push-ups, I'm completely hopeless when it comes to those) that anybody can recommend to tighten up that hard spot? Well thanks!

Depending on what kind of bathtub you have. What you can do is put your hands on edge of your tub and do dips. That will help for your triceps. But if I were you go to a sports store and buy some 5pd weights and do some kickbacks. That will really help.

Hey thanks for the advice vivavegas, one more thing. I don't want my arms to get any bigger (the flab makes them look big enough already) I just want to lose fat (which I know will take cardio and nutrition) and tone them up. How much weight should I use, and how many reps should I do?

I would buy only 5 pd weights for the kickbacks. Do 3 sets of 12 reps. Also, you can buy lower weight ones too and walk with them. Moving your arms back and forth while walking.
I used to be heavier.. about 46 pds heavier. When I changed my diet, you would not believe how my arms look now. They even looked muscular before I hit the gym.
Oh I reread your post. You can do pushups using your knees. Have you tried that?

Hi, I saw an exercise for your triceps in SELF Magazine.
It basically looks like a reversal of a push up. You keep your legs extended "in front" of you, straight. Arms straight. Go down and up to work your triceps. I have not done these but it seems as though it will work.

u can't spot reduce.. first rule of thumb....
now.. if for example u reduce ur fat from ur triceps.. ur arms will look unbalanced without any muscle there to balance ur bicep.. i'd suggest getting db for the tricep exercises.. u'll need mucles to reduce fat there.. and don't worry.. the muscles u gain will take fat off.. so ur arms may look bigger for some time.. but then they'll come back to normal...

if you read much on this site you will know you cant spot reduce so loose overall body fat and those "flabs" will slowly dissapear.:)
