Ok this may have been around for a while but i just discovered it... Fit Tv! (we just got digital cable) so far they have had lots of cardio routines and I just saw one that is for body sculpting, in addition to things on nutrition etc. For me this is a good thing and may also be a good thing for others who don't have access to the gym or lots of equipment..... anyone else hear/seen this?? thoughts/opinions

Yes I've seen Fit TV and they do have very informative programs as well as the fluff stuff. Cathe Friedrich is my favorite with the weights and cardio and most recently their All Star Workouts/dance ones are good for cardio. Blaine's low carb cooking show is good as well.

It's a good channel. Cathe Friedrich's excellent, plus a reality show called the Gym's funny.

If you don't have cable, Cathe's DVDs are available online. The Firm DVDs are equally good, also using weights and step ups.
