I just printed out my first weeks exercises and noticed that each day there are multiple exercises, each with 4 sets. When I start exercising on Monday, do I do all 4 sets in the first exercise before I move on to the second exercise - or - do I do the first set of the first exercise, then the first set of the second and so on till I complete all the exercises and then go back and do the second set in each exercise? Also, I noticed that each set contains progressivly fewer repetitions in each set. Do I keep the same weight for each set or do I increase the weight as the number of repetitions decreases?

Do all four sets in a row with the same weight then move on to the next exercise. Your weight should be enough for your muscles to feel tired but not hurt. If you can't do all four sets take off some weight and then try it.
