hello all, i just signed up and set up my fitness plan but was wondering why i only have to work out every other day? is it possible to over-exercise?

i'd like to lose a lot of weight in a very small amount of time, so i'm okay with working harder for it... (is this okay?)

any help is appreciated!!

Harder is different than time.
If you are doing a program from here at FT, just clik on the days you want to train. But you could work very hard on a 3 day split also.
