Hey Everyone!

I'm a newbie to the site and hope to compete in a fitne competiton in 2004..Can you give me advice on diet preparation..Yes I'm weak in that area..

do a search, because there are a lot of ideas out there for you. Also fill out your profile so everyone knows exactly what your goals are and your height, weight, and all that good stuff.

You will diet very much like a bodybuilder, just not as extreme. Find out your body composition and the date of the show you want to do, then you can figure out where to start. You still have some time to add mass and symmettry and work on flexibility and a routine. Watch as many fitness competitions as you can and start working the mandatory moves now.
