Hi all. Has anyone tried the recommended nutritional plan on this website? Has it worked?

I feel like 25 grams of fat is not enough and then of course 190 grams of protein seems too much. Will this help me on my weight loss?

So confused...

It works. Remember the nutritional guidelines are just that...guidelines. Most people end up tweaking them after a while but they are a good starting point. If you need to increase or decrease calories remember to do it gradually.

Depending on your activity level, it will work. These guidelines are for people who exercise and try and keep themeselves at optimum levels.

You have no profile, so hard to judge your protein needs. The active trainee will need approximately 1 gr. per lb. of bodyweight minimum. So therein is a guage.

Not to be snide, but apparantely what you thought didn't work in the past, or you wouldn't be looking for advice here. As the others say, follow the program, some things may need to be tweaked, but it should be close to your needs. Many people are shocked when they find out they actually need more food!!
