This is the first time i've ever worked out for 3 months straight and i can tell my body needed a week off to rest up and heal after 3 months. what should i be doing on my week off, i've been eating the same and still taking in lots of protein. the thing i don't like about taking a week off is i don't want to loose everything that i've worked hard to get. Will i loose alot of muscle in my week off? How weak will i be when i go back to the gym should i start farely light? thanks guys
