hi! I'm 16 and on my high school varsity swim team, my goal for fitness are to loose some body fat and tone muscles for swim season.

Stats-
height- 5'6
current weight- 132
current body fat %- 31%
short term goal weight- 127
short term body fat %- 29%
long term weight- 117
long term body fat %- 18%

I'd like to reach my short term goals by Jan. 5.
Long term goal I'd like to reach by mid March.

Are my goals reasonable?

Did I have a good workout plan?

My diet is consisting of-
*small breakfast (fruit and a glass of milk)
*snack (small portion of sun chips)
*lunch (salad- no dressing- seasoning and lemon juice)
*snack- lipton cup a soup
*dinner (reasonable portion of whatever mum makes lol).
*atleast 8 glasses of water (20 oz. glass)
- for this fitness journey.

So criticize.... what do I need to fix? Does this sound okay? Will this work?

also try cooked soy beans as a snack, and consider eating beans(kidney, black, lima, etc) they are great sources of protein and fiber and have other essential nutrients...so incorporate them into salads and meals...they along with nuts are great ways to curb appetite and prevent overeating...gl

I'm currently not swimming because of winter break... and swim season hasn't officially begun till Feb. so we've been doing pre-season workouts three times a week for an hour, but I wont be swimming till Jan. 6th....

So I think I might try to keep up with the cardio.
