whats up guys, ive been out of the game for a few months just havent been focused. But now im gonna start getting serious again (motivation will help!). But just wondering what you guys think of this lift? it was different for me but heres what i did:
chest: bench (4 sets), incline cable flys (3 sets)
shoulders: military press (4 sets), side lateral raise (3 sets)
triceps: skull crushers (4 sets), cable kickbacks (3 sets)
This workout was different for me but it felt pretty good (ill find out tom afternoon from the sorness i hope). well just wondering if you think this is an adequet workout and if not what would you change? any input welcome!
