Well I have actually surprised myself. I am doing the fitness plan that i set up for myself, which is awesome because is gets me doing exercises i wouldn't have come up with myself. Anyway, I was shocked to try bicep curls the other day with a 25 pound barbell and to actually accomplish it! (may not seem like much to some, but it is for me!) It was hard though, and I could barely finish, however, I DID IT.
To all those feeling unmotivated (which I often do) - try something new ... you just may surprise yourself and be really pleased with the results :)

It doesn't matter whether someone else can do twice as much, the only person you are battling or competing with in this quest for fitness is yourself. It took me a few weeks at the gym to realise that!
You are absolutely right about the plans too, I did exactly the same thing yesterday, revamped my plan on the fitness planner and my biceps and triceps are killing me today! Not done that for a while.
