Hey, I would just like to know what I should enter in the 'weight' field in my exercise plan, in exercises that do not involve using weights, e.g. twisting crunches which does not use weights. This is causing a problem as it is not submitting my results to the database and I cannot track my progress. Also another question, if I use dumbbells, what should I enter into the 'weight' field, the weight in each hand or the combined weight of both dumbbells.

It really doesn't matter as long as you're consistent. You can enter a zero or your body weight. The db question is the same - enter one db or the total - just be sure to continue the same way as you progress.
