Few questions about weight loss, help!

Well, at the beginning of wrestling I weighed 131, then I got to 138, right now im at about 135, I need to be down to 125 by Nov 30. I have a few questions:

1. My coach says not to drink water because it makes you gain weight, should I or not?

2. Can I have Subway?

3. Should I run every night?

4. How would you suggest I drop the weight? Reccomended foods, etc.

Dropping 10 pounds in 2 months shouldn't be a problem. As far as your questions:

1) You need to drink water. Your coach probably meant not to drink water before you weigh in. Otherwise, you need to drink lots of water between now and then.

2) An occasional Subway meal would not be too bad. Just stay away from the package that includes chips and soda.

3) You don't need to run every night...just 3-4x per week.

4) Check out the nutrition section and read up on some posts for some tips. You can drop the weight by doing cardio and weight lifting.

3-4 times a week isn't bad at all, also, I did forget some stuff the first time I posted.

Would drinking slimfast for breakfast 2 times a week be helpfull?

About the water, about how much should I drink a day? about 8 8oz glasses?
