Okay so I'm about to go on a trip with my bf in May to Cali and I want to wear a bikini...BUT! I have this stubborn little pouch of belly fat that is just being stubborn...what exercises should I do? X(

So far I've been running on a treadmill, jump roping, planks, the bicycle exercise, and sit ups. Should I continue with the tummy exercises?

Sadly you can't target areas of fat, it will come of in the opposite order that you put it on, but you can tone the muscle under and around it to try and look a bit tighter.  Workign your your back and core with a focus on obliques and shoulders will help with that "triangle" shape.  Belly fat is tough especially when it is all that is left.

Scissor kicks, bicycle crunches, leg raises ( lay on your back and lift heels 4-5 inches off ground keeping legs straight and hold for 5-10 seconds). These blasted away my "pooch" when I was in the Army.

Exercise is always great but I feel like when I'm having my most successful belly shrinking is when it's combined with a good diet. Lots of veggies and fruits and yes of course calorie counting. And I'm not saying it was a miracle supplement or it was the only way I lost some of my belly but I also took green tea extract supplements daily.
