I just joined on Friday (I think :) )and had some problems with a little weight and measurement change after I began working out again after many months of doing so many other things in my life. I was told by someone to drink lots of water and that could very well be the problem.
Well, it was and I am just thrilled.
I would like to pop a couple of questions in that I haven't been able to see in other blogs or q&a's.
I can't seem to get my fitness plan. I have tried several times one day and tred again many times today with no avail.
I even went extremely slow to see if I was following correctly. It always says that I have not yet finished fillng out the questions but, I did.
I dunno. Can somone please help there?
#2 I have a Weider Pro 4100 and was wondering about the seated leg press. Is sitting up doing leg presses just as good as lying down?
Tips please. I did find another way to use it today (the seated leg press), I get on my knees and do kick backs with it and it hurts so good. You know something is working.
