hi all
During my cardio workouts at the gym (3x/wk) i feel like being sick. I'm not sure what's wrong, like if i'm pushing myself too hard because my workouts aren't that long or hard. i only do 20mins cardio and find that around the 15min mark i'm going to throw up. I've tried going to the gym on an empty stomach but still feel the same.
Does anyone have any suggestions????
thx

It could be that you're pushing yourself too hard. Try doing a longer session at an easier pace. I know that if I run to hard for too long, I get like that too. I usually try to do my cardio on an empty stomach as well, so I don't think its that.
Hope that helps

I used to feel that way. Are you new to cardio? I believe that it will get better with time. I now only get sick if I really overwork myself.

Are you getting enough water? I always feel awful if I do cardio when I'm a little dehydrated.

I run once in a while but when I first started I felt really sick, I found what really helps and recommended to my friends who had experienced the same problem: Drink a full glass of water before going to the gym (not right before running). My friends tried it and said it worked for them too.
