Hey everyone i was curious is it important to have a multivitiam every morning...also its very hard for me to lose my love handles it bothers me so much...when i look in the mirror i get so depressed i want to lose the love handles by may can anyone help me ..please help
p.s i life 4 days a week and cardio 30minutes everynight
