hi guys so whats you favarite workout exercise and why?

mine has got to be the HAMMER CURLS
WHY: i feel like my biceps are going to explode and i love that felling when the muscle has been ripped

There was a time that I would have said the deadlift or full contact twist.
However, now, it has to be the keg carry for time.

Powercleans with kegs/containers filled with water ...or any awkward object....20 lb feels like 200....I have done bales of cardboard before....uneven bins...f8cking around at work...if I get a chance to do kegs with water I am thinking I will really enjoy it

I really enjoy deadlifts...and beginning to appreciate box squats....
