could any give me good and effective thigh exercises so that i could lose some of my thigh mass. i have big thighs and it gives a female shape. i can't wear any of my jeans.

Squats, lunges, Hip adductor and abductor exercises, leg press, leg curls. Those are the main ones. And some cardio if you are trying to lose fat. You don't say much about yourself or your program.

Its no secret: Diet, and exersize is the only way.
Set small goals that you can reach, 3-4 pounds a month,
(yeah its gonna take along time and alot of hard work, but how bad do you want it?)
and be consistant, faithfull to your program.
