i just started working out and when im done i am extremely drained. does anyone know a way i can still maintain my energy level post workout?

Well first off, you need to know where you stand from a fitness standpoint. You shouldn't be overloading your body if you are just starting to exercise. You should gradually increase the duration and intensity of exercises as you get into better shappe. Also, nutrition may have something to do with your fatigue. Be sure to consume a simple carbohydrate, such as fruit or a baked potatoe, along with a protein source after your workout. Being hydrated prior to, during, and after exercise is a must to keep your body from fatiguing.
