Last year I was working out about 2-3 days a week including bench press. I had to stop that this year because of my job location. Now I have some fat around on my chest and they are getting a bit 'pointy'. How do I flatten them out? Please help.
Can you do push ups, if so that is something you can do while watching TV during commercials. Start out doing about 10 to 20 in a 1 hour show. Then work your way up to about 40, then keep working up. Buy the perfect push ups.
