Fat burner and anxiety

I just started to take fat burners today and i don t really feel right... Is it possible that this fat burners causes anxiety?

Here is the reciept

Guarana - 900 mg
Citrus aurantium extract - 336 mg
Citrimax (hca) - 500 mg
Carnitine - 100 mg
Chromium picolinate - 187,5 mcg
Milk thistle - 500 mg
choline - 250 mg
inositol - 250 mg
methiodonine - 100 mg

no, they just cause your heart to race, which is what you are probably mistaking for anxiety unless you already have anxiety. They speed up your heart rate, especially those with guarana in them. Is there a reason you need them, your pictures don't make you look like you do?

Fat burners speed up your heart and can lead to an anxiety attack..where you start to sweat,shake,your heart races etc.If you are feeling this way on day one..then it will probably only get worst the more you take..

those pictures are kinda old, i just wanna cut a lil (like 10 to 15 lbs)

I have another question:

Do you lose quickly the weight you gained quickly (i mean not good gains, like a week eatin craps and resting)
I ask that cuz i gained 4.5 lbs in 7 days and seems like i lost them in three...

Its possible that most of the weight you gained in that time,was water...and so it would be easy to loose..It would take you 12000 calories to gain 4.5lbs in a week
