Hi,
I started weight lifting, and other things to get fit seriously about December last year. For a couple of months, until around June, I lost some weight, and I felt pretty good about that. But one major problem I am having is that I have some extra skin in some areas, for example under my biceps (under the hand), I have some extra skin there and other places as well. I havn't been training seriously from then until now (I know, I messed up), but I am getting really serious about it now, (I am very sore from sunday's workout, and i love it :)).
But what is the best way to get rid of extra skin? That's what I am mostly worried about.
Thanks

Skin has some elasticity and if as you imply, it's a small amount, in time it may conform to your body weight. Stick to your workout plan and develop some muscle mass to fill some of those voids left by the fat loss. If it's a large excess, nothing short of surgical removal may get it where you want.
P.S. Suggest you put some info in your profile area - at least gender. It does have quite a bearing on the answers you'll receive.

Massage and firming lotions seem to be the advice I see the most.

Baby oil with vitamin E to keep it supple and a ton o' water!

Nivea with CoQ10 has helped me with the tighter and smoother appearance of my skin...and it's fairly inexpensive.
