I have been lifiting weights for the last 7 months and everything worked out just fine. I am in the bst shape of my life. And very happy. But about two weeks ago, I started to have those terrible headaches when i start lifitng. I will have them very bad for about 15 minutes, and then when I move to less intense excercieses it kind of goes away, but I can still feel it a little. It is kind of a tension headache. It started first when I was doing squats. First time I did not pay much attention to it, but continued to happen everyday. One thing that could be a reason to it is that I started doing HIIT in the morning. But how could that be, after those sprints that I do, I feel very good. Almost high all day.
I am realy frustrated, doctors told me to stop working out and get a brain scan. They tell that it could be some bad stuff, that I dont even want to talk about.
Please, somebody tell me what should I do or if anybody have had those headaches before. Thanks in advance!
