i am 13 and 5'2 97 puonds. I want to improve my chest and abs muscles. What kind of exercises can help me with this. i want to get rid of my stomach and the fat in my waist and upper chest. What can i do???? please help me thx

bench press for a start. and ab crunches and reverse crunches. and don't forget diet will help lose the weight too but i don't think you need to lose the weight. just some muscle underneath will do instead of weight lose.

for exercises. go to "Exercise & Muscle Directory" for the muscle groups. choose the muscle you want and it will give you a list of exercises. choose one and it will explain it and may show a clip of it.
