side lateras.......arm hanging down by side.....bring it straight up to shoulder height keeping arm straight. You arm should be parallel to ground.
can curls.......use a can and curl it with you arm. You bring your forearm to your bicep( upper arm)palms facing toward you.
dips behind back.....sit on a chair, bed, bench...put hand on the surface, fingers hanging over side, lean off so your butt is no longer on the surface....only thing holding you up, is your feet on ground, and hands on the object. With out bending your legs lower your body almost to the ground, yoru arms should form a right angle. raise back up using only yours arms.
crunches......lay on back....butt flat, feet on floor, legs bench....raise yoru upper torso off the ground toward feet, your upper back should only move about 4 to 5ins off the ground.
squats.....bend at knees lower your body toward the ground, stop where your knees forms a right angle, then stand up......( basicly like sitting in a cahir and standing up)
calf raises....on a step put just your toes.....or front part of foot on the stairs, heal shoudl hang off. Now lower or realx yoru fot to where your heal drop below the step, go as low as comfortable, then raise back up.
these can be done one legged or 2, but you will need to hold onto somthing to balance.
chins between chairs? not sure?

Chins between chair is also called a reverse pushup. You have two of the same kind of chair, put a bar, or stick, anything long and that is strong between the chairs. Then you lie down on your back between the chair, and pull yourself back up using the stick or bar whatever. Hope this makes sense. Also the program should give a description and a picture of the exercises that you are doing. If you click on description where it tells you what exercise you are doing.
