What are side laterals, chins between chairs, can curls, dips behind the back, home squats , and calf rises?

I asume that you are doing the Home Exercise Program which I have also done. In the lists of the exercises, you can click on the names and it will give you detailed directions to do the exercise along with some pictures to help. Good luck

Side laterals, raise weights arms straigth, from hips to shoulders. Calf raises, stand on tipy toe, as for the others....those are some weird names. Your gym has some weird lingo.

Hi, chins between chairs, do you lift just your upper body?
also how long should the workout last and how long should you rest between reps? thanks
