For the lying tricep extensions, I like the lying one arm tricep extensions where you do the same thing except with a dumbell. For the incline dumbell presses, definately a incline bench press, you can also do incline on the smith machine to help you keep stabalized and handle more weight.

Incline Dumbell press-Next week I will do bench
Dumbell flyes-I did this on a machine
I must say the tricep pulldowns were tough w/ the extra weight I could really feel it. I dont feel much burn now but Tomorrow Im sure I will as I felt like nothing on monday then when tuesday rolled around I could definatly feel my back *ouch*
Also I do 2-5 minutes of cardio on a bike before and after.
