Hello, I live in Washington DC, and I need an EXERCISE BUDDY! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP ME! I am not a self motavator at all. I am just looking for someone to work out with 3 to 5 times out of the week. I have a member ship to a gym and it is free for me to bring a buddy along. I started off the first two weeks strong and fine, then started slipping back into my old habbits. I am still eating healthy, but not getting the exercise I need.
