I see that there was a thread started for this some time ago. I posted a question, and no one really answered me, so I started this topic...
Well, I have been religiously exercising for a while, and I am battling tummy fat.
I understand that calorie deficit is they key, along with regular exsercising.
Is there an effective was to measure how many calories I burn while strength training?
Please advise.

This site can help you calculate your calories burned during different activities.
Belly fat is related more to what you eat - not how much you eat I think (you will need to ask someone else how to get there - I too am battling the belly bulge)

Its important to remember that your body will store fat and burn fat wherever it decides. You cannot spot reduce from any particular area on your body. Keep exercising and eating healty and you will see the results.
