I work out at home. I have some machines but not all that the program specifies. What is done when the program asks for an exercise with a machine I don't have and can't simulate with any equipment available. How would I handle this when entering results in the database; do I just leave those entries blank since I'm unable to complete them.

Can you be more specific? What exercise? And what equipment do you have?

I have a machine that allows pull downs, it has a reclining bench with arm curling attachment and leg curls attachment. It works with free weights. It doesn't have any 'pull up' ability. The following are exercises I can't do; Vertical bench Crunches, twisting hanging leg raises, machine presses, 2 hand cable curls, seated machine flies and any similar type routines. The concern is how can I reflect this in the program.

Here are some alternatives to consider: Elevate by putting your legs on your bench, then proceed to do crunches. This replaces vertical bench crunches. You can do the twisting hanging leg raises at your nearest public park (with a playground) or school. Do normal free weight presses instead of machine presses and normal barbell curls instead of cable curls. And, do regular flyes instead of machine flyes.
The whole idea is free weight substitute for machine exercises. Since the target muscle is the same, you will still benefit.
Good luck!
