sry to botherd again . . . which wae grow faster in muscles . . .if i everydae workout n do on diff muscles or alt daes but each dae focusing on 2 to 3 group of muscles. . . pls help . . . thks . . .

Instead of muscles....focus on MOVEMENT...in everyday life do u think which muscles u are using before u pick up and carry groceries or take out the garbage? I bet you dont, you just bend down , pick up the groceries or garbage and do it....pick big exercises...and split them up so that you are working different movements each sessions during the week...or you can do total body training 2-3 times a week focusing on big movements...
You can add some direct ab exercises afterwards for the same set/rep scheme...2 sets of 5 reps...using extra weight when necessary...
