Cardio isn't the answer at least not for me but it's great to implement into a workout regime so less cardio and more body parts!
How about Back,Shoulders and Traps!
Why not Monday Legs/Tris Tuesday Cardio Wednesday Back/Shoulders Thursday Cardio Friday Chest/Bi's and off Sat/Sun
I do Monday Heavy Legs/Tri's Tuesday Back/Shoulders/Traps Wednesday Cardio or off Thursday Chest/Bi's Friday Lower Back and Lighter Legs Saturday Cardio or off Sunday off.
There are so many different ways to put stuff together but your more cardio then resistance and that never worked for me so add more body parts to a cardio day and remove that cardio for the day!
HITT is so good it is used 1 to 2 times per week as most like to use it once a week and then a more moderate cardio day!
Cardio is very taxing and HITT more so, so if your a person that taxes hard on lifts like Squats and other big lifts it becomes hard to HITT 2 times a week and do it week in and week out!
