is 2 miles and a half of cardio a day enough for me to get a six pack. i run like this for about an hour, and i also do swimming 3 days a week,a nd crunches 3 days a week. along with taht i lift really light weights, about 10lbs. im 14, 5 feet 5 and a half, and i weight 138lbs. is this enough cardio?
It boils down to your diet.
No processed foods, sugars or white flour.
Eat 5-6 sm meals to rev your metabolism.
Also try H.i.i.t. a few days a week to mix things up.
