Supplements can be a great aid with your health and fitness goals. Combined with the proper exercise and nutritional plan they can be quite effective.

Are you eating enough on a daily basis? Do you eat something 1-2hrs before your run? My guess is you need to up your daily food intake.

Make sure you get in a good warmup. Try to find a routine that works. When I am really tired and have no energy, I know once I warmup i am ready to go.

I do 45 knee raises, touch knee to hand above waist. Run in place high knees for 1 minute, then run in place wide knees for 1 minute, run in place heels to but for 1 min, jumping jacks for 1 min, run lunges (not deep at all) for 1 min. If I am working out shoulders I do lots of arm circles. Forwards and backwards medium circles and forward and backwards large circles. I then stretch all mucsles to be used and my energy levels skyrocket.

Good luck!

I understand where this guy is coming from. I eat breakfast, wait about an hour and a half and go to the gym. I am actually thinking of getting some NO-Xplode to help boost my energy. I just don't want to gain weight and I really don't know what effects NO-Xplode has on you besides energy.
