Ok, hi there world I am an AVID inline skater and like endurance skating for what would be considered ultramarathon
plus i am a hypoglycemic. i seem to putter out of energy after 40 miles of competitive skating. some of the events go upwards to century rides though. presently i use a 20 oz of Power-ade to 50 oz of water in the Camel-Bak and half a breakfast bar every 20-30 minutes. any suggestions on improvement here?

Hi there!

You need to eat a good solid meal with lots of low burning carbs a couple of hours before your skating.
Next do what you already do but go for the liquid energy rather than bars (faster result).

Good luck!

You cannot (yet!). It's not up yet. Until then get a small agenda and write everything in that one...

Would the liquid food also cause a faster burnout too though?
