Ok guys,
Is this workout from myFT gonna work for me? I am looking to lost weight and build endurance. I am an amatuer mountain bike racer. I just moved up to Sport division at the end of last year and the extra miles/longer races kicked my butt. The races last anywhere from one hour to an hour and a half. Is it gonna hurt if I do 1/2 hour to an hour of cardio prior to my workouts? Should I even workout the legs or just Spin? I don't really need to add mass to my legs as they are plenty big. And oh yeah..I race Clydesdale division..I wanna race my age group so weight loss is pretty important. Am I just defeating the purpose if I do long cardio sessions? Or is the high intensity/short duration the way to go?
