Just out of curiosity and paranoia, simply extracting egg whites from eggs (my parents use the egg yolks to wash their hair lol) then boiling them and mixing them into water is safe and okay right?
I count on this as my post workout protein since my parents don't really believe in all the protein supps/pure egg white concentrates nowadays.
