Whats the most efficient way to lose an inch or two of fat off your waist without losing any muscle mass? I don't want to lose weight in my face, and would prefer not to lose weight at all, maybe by simultaneously building up my chest. I know muscle building and fat burning simultaneously are tough though, so I'll stick with burning an inch or two off my waist first if I must.
Would it be advisable to use metabolife or something?

Sorry, there is no such thing as spot-reducing. Fat comes off where it wants to, and usually the middle is the last place it wants to.

I`ve been trainning very seriously and have seen very little improvement. I want my muscle to show not big but to be cut. I`m a road runner and train 5 days a week from 30 to 60 minutes (speed training, long distance etc...) do you think that too much cardio won`t let me see the gains I wish? I`m very confused about it.

Corredora- I've read that too much aerobic exercise can be counter productive, especially if not eating right or enough (because the body goes into starvation and stores calories as fat) and not maintaining adaquate hydration, which for you, would probably be near 1 1/2 to 2 gallons of water a day. BB1 is a trainer on this board that could probably further explain.
