Does anyone know about this: http://www.fromskinnytomuscular.com/

I'm still deciding if I should buy his ( Jonathan Perez ) ebook. It cost 49$ but it looks really promising. I don't want to buy it and only find out that all the written stuff are common knowledge and I don't really have that much money due to bills and other stuff.

I'm really a skinny guy 6 feet 130 lbs and I really want to gain weight but I seem not to gain weight.

So did anyone tried this already and found out it worked?

just do a fit buddy search with what you want to know, and you'll get lots of information. then just take a gander at the posts, and you're golden. if you still have questions, just drop a post, and usually its responded too quickly.

good luck!

You think that Ebook is a scam?

many of them are scams....or poorly written excuses for a 'book' so you need to be very careful....also be careful about whom you give out your information to....

as bropie suggested just search for information on this website or ask one of us...

you can also google for information also....everything and anything is online free of charge....

I know but the thing is, all these information contradicts!
I read that oh you have to do X reps or the other one says Y reps. I don't know who to follow!!

that's because there are different ways to achieve same results...many of them work....you just need to try them and see what works for you...for example nothing that's commonly done worked for me and my schedule and training so I started training how I felt I could get most benefits...combining things from many different routines....as you become more knowledgeable you'll start to do the same...it's trial and error approach until you get the hang of what works for you....don't be discouraged....just keep training...
