I am new here and I guess my question is when it says I can eat a certain amount of calories do I just add up the amount of calories in total for that day or do I also have to figure in carbs, fiber and all that other stuff? I also try to eat smaller portions and healthier but I notice I am hungry about two hours after lunch or breakfast I just dont know what healthy filling foods I should eat!!:(
